BIO ENERGY SOLUTIONS, together with the partner company Orsi Srl of Tortona, deals with the development, production, marketing and after-sales service of machines for both the treatment of biomass (of agricultural or forestry origin) and the treatment of waste. In particular, these are the following types:

1. Stationary twin-shaft shredders with electric or diesel engines for the pre-treatment of biomass (twigs, green waste, biomass such as straw or similar, organic waste from separate collection) intended for aerobic stabilization plants (composting) or production of biogas / biomethane.
2. Three-shaft mixers with electric or diesel engine for the preparation of mixtures intended for anaerobic stabilization, both using organic waste and green structuring, and digestate leaving biogas / biomethane production plants

Together with these main application fields, our machines are suitable for various other activities where a shredding and mixing process, either singly or in combined action, can provide a process advantage. The markets of choice are the European ones.
